Amaranth Carrot dip sauce

This is popular choice from Purple valley buffet.

It’s very tasty, nutritious and easy to make 😋 🥗


Amaranth is Super food!

Amaranth is containing a lot of minerals that vegan diet can be easy to luck of.

And it’s good sauce of vitamins and protein as well.


Recipe ( good amount for the house use)

1/3cup amaranth

1/2cup water

60g carrot or beetroot


2TBSP vinegar

2 TBSP soy sauce(or Tamari)

2TBSP water

1 tsp toasted sesame oil

1/2 tsp salt


1)Wash well amaranth

2)Cut carrot 1cm round.

3)Cook amaranth and carrot with 1/2 cup water cover the pot with lid and heat with slow fire 15min.

4)take out only carrot and put it in blender with left of ingredients and blend it until smooth.

5)Mix carrot paste and amaranth in the bowl.


10-15 curry leaf
