Amazake is a fermented food that is made with rice and starter called koji. it transforms cooked rice into intensely sweet paste.

Recipe
120g homemade brawn rice amazake
50ml vinegar
50ml olive oil
50ml home made plant based yogurt(soy or coconut)
50g onion
1tsp soy sauce
1pice "umeboshi"(It's Japanese sour palm pickle. You can add some salt instead of it )
Blend all ingreedeents until smooth.
