What is Ashwagandha?
Ashwagandha is one of the most important herbs in Ayurveda.

Raw Ashwagandha dark chocolate recipe
Yield 3/4 cups of mixture
125g raw cacao butter chopped
80g raw cacao powder
3 ~6TBSP coconuts nectar (or any kind of sweetener you can chose)
1/2 tsp ashwagandha powder(You can make plain raw dark chocolate without asheagandha)
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
1/8tsp salt
Finely grate cacao butter.Place grated cacao butter in a metal bowl over a pan of water on low heat and gently melt.
When the cacao butter has completely melted,add the sifted cocoa powder and mix with whisk.
Add sweetener, vanilla extract and salt and mix until well incorporated.
Taste the mixture and add more sweetener if you prefer a sweet taste
Pour into the chocolate mold or ice cube tray.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until it completely sets
